Pre-Order Terms and Conditions for Athena II 3D Printer
Welcome to the Athena II pre-order campaign. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below, in addition to our general Terms of Service and Return & Refund Policy. Please read these carefully before completing your order.
1. Estimated Delivery Dates

Pre-orders for the Athena II 3D Printer with standard shipping are expected to begin shipping at the end of May 2025.

Customers opting for "Express Air Shipping" will receive their units approximately 30 days earlier, with an additional air shipping fee of $200 USD. This fee is subject to change if unforeseen increases in shipping costs arise. In such cases, customers will be notified and required to pay the additional amount before shipment.
- Orders are shipped in the order they are received, so placing your order early ensures faster delivery
2. Taxes, Duties, and Tariffs

Depending on your region, local taxes, duties, or tariffs may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer but, depending on specific requirements, we may collect these on behalf of the customer during checkout or at a later date.

Any additional fees determined closer to the shipping date must be paid before the order is shipped.

Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their country’s import regulations.
3. Production Updates

Customers will receive regular email updates regarding the production and shipping status of their orders.

We are committed to transparency and will notify customers in writing of any delays or unforeseen issues with production or shipment.
4. Refunds and Cancellations

14-Day Cancellation Period: Customers can cancel their pre-order within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

After 14 Days and Before Production: Pre-order payments are non-refundable after the initial 14-day window. However, customers may request a refund after production but before shipping. These refunds will incur a $100 USD fee, which covers shipping and handling costs from our assembly facilities to our distribution centers.

After Shipping Begins: Standard refund policies, as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy, will apply.
5. Shipping Delays and Notifications

While we strive to meet the estimated shipping timeline, there may be unforeseen delays due to supply chain issues, production challenges, or other external factors.

In such cases, customers will be promptly notified, and updates will be provided regularly.
6. Customer Responsibilities

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details and respond promptly to any communication from our team regarding additional fees, required documentation, or other issues that may affect the delivery process.

Failure to settle outstanding fees or provide required information may result in shipping delays or possible cancellation without refund.
